Use Promo Code: FAFseattle when you order and 10% of each sale will be donated to our organization.

Sponsor a cat/kitten

Even if you are not able to adopt a cat, you can help a homeless cat by sponsoring his shelter and care while he waits to find a new home.
Petfinder.com and the Petfinder.com Foundation offer a program that allows you to sponsor a homeless pet that has touched your heart. It costs an average of $180 to provide care for a pet while she waits for a home. You can help by clicking on the Sponsor Me button on the profile page of the pet that melts your heart on Petfinder.com! Your contribution of just $10 will help a cat to receive care until a new loving family comes along.
Contributions are collected and distributed to Friends of the Animals Foundation by the Petfinder.com Foundation and are tax deductible as allowed by law.

Employer Matching

Many companies will match employee donations: Microsoft, Boeing, Nordstrom, Apple, Google, etc. Please check to see if your employer matches funds or offers something similar.
Here is how the Microsoft Employee Giving Program Works: A Microsoft employee identifies a 501c3 charity that they would like to donate to. Every qualifying dollar donated and hour volunteered is eligible for match, up to $15,000 per calendar year for each US employee.
Microsoft has also increased their volunteer time match to $25 per hour—for every documented hour of volunteer service a Microsoft employee donates, Microsoft will pay FAF directly on a quarterly basis!
Obviously, this is an incredibly generous, employee driven, donation program. Surprisingly, many Microsoft employees are not even aware of it! So please, if you know ANY Microsoft employees, try to cultivate a relationship with them and encourage them to check us out on our website. Even if they don't like cats (how could they not?!) they can always chat us up at the office and maybe get a co-worker interested.

Real Testimonials

Share Your Stories!
We have been honored to make the Great Nonprofits Top-Rated list every year since first applying in 2013, thanks to YOUR reviews! PLEASE keep those reviews coming!
Why Write a Review? Winning nonprofits get added to the GreatNonprofits Top-Rated List, distributed to media and corporate foundations nation-wide. Getting our name out there and getting noticed!
Getting noticed can get us the visibility and donations we need to continue what we do...we've got LOTS of hungry little mouths to feed, and can always use donations for vet expenses, medical and misc supplies, not to mention fuel costs for the trips to Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project in Lynnwood.
And we really just love hearing how lives are changed through rescue, foster, volunteer, and adoption experiences.
